Tainui Regional Waananga 2022
The purposes of our hui are:
1. To learn about Maahanga the ancestor and iwi.
2. To learn about a local marau based in Maahanga and being supported and developed by some tumuaki in their schools.
3. To learn about the refresh of the Waikato Tainui Maatauranga Strategy from the Maatauranga Roopu
4. To learn about key resources to help English Medium contexts learn about Kingitanga.
5. To share ways to create connections with mana whenua.
6. How to improve school enrolment processes to support iwi aspirations.
7. Whakawhanaungatanga, making and growing connections.
